1. Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- Refundable Items: Most items purchased from Fresh Meat and Discount Store are eligible for returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods or items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.
Return Process:

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
- Return Shipping: Pack the item securely and send it back to us using the provided return label. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Condition of Returned Items:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns will not be accepted if items are damaged, altered, or missing parts.
2. Refund Policy

- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is not available, a store credit may be issued.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if only part of an order is returned or if the item is not in its original condition.
Exceptions:
- Items returned after 14 days from the delivery date may not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to the sender.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will work to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Order Cancellations
- Before Shipping: If you need to cancel an order before it has been shipped, contact us as soon as possible. We will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.
- After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to return the item according to our return policy to receive a refund.
