1. Temporary Shipping Method – Shipping Cost Covered by Customer

At this time, Fresh Meat and Discount Store requires customers to pay for the products first and then cover the shipping cost once we get to the shipping agency to send the product to your provided address.

  • Order Payment: Upon checkout, you will only be charged for the products you purchase.
  • Shipping Cost Payment: Once we have processed your order and arranged the shipment with our chosen shipping agency, we will inform you of the exact shipping cost based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. This cost will need to be paid by the customer before the package is shipped.
  • Shipping Agency: We are currently in the process of partnering with a reliable shipping agency to ensure affordable and timely deliveries.

2. How the Shipping Process Works:

  1. Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  2. Shipping Cost Notification: After your order is ready for shipment, we will contact you via email or phone to inform you of the shipping cost as calculated by the shipping agency.
  3. Shipping Payment: Once the shipping cost has been confirmed, you will be asked to make the additional payment for the shipping.
  4. Shipment Release: After receiving the shipping cost, we will proceed to ship your order and provide you with a tracking number to monitor the delivery.

We plan to offer the following shipping methods once our partnership with a shipping agency is fully established:

  • Express Shipping: Delivery times typically range from 1-2 business days.

4. Local Pickup Option (For Arizona Customers)

We continue to offer local pickup at our store for those in the Arizona area. If you prefer to pick up your order instead of shipping, you can do so at:

  • Store Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
